The Cape Girardeau location is not very good. The donuts were not the best at all. I've been to so many Krispy Kreme locations across the country and this is definitely the worst. The donuts had an aftertaste, something I had never experienced at any of the other locations. And the presentation of the donuts wasn't any better. I bought two dozen, got them home and immediately ate a couple....not fresh at all. I was so upset I threw out both boxes. Cape Girardeau Krispy Kreme locations please do better.

I visited on March 13th to pick up 300 dozen donuts for a fundraiser my school had for prom. I arrived around 6:30 am and everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful. They helped me load all of the donuts in my van in less than 5 minutes, the whole time talking and smiling. I don't live close to the area, but it was worth the two hour drive to be met with such a great staff!

The donut I got tasted more like a cake I can see why this place is always packed to the brim you can earn points toward your next visit with the krispy kreme app as well. It is cool to watch the donuts being made to. My only compliant is I ate it in the store yet it was cold before I got it find a way to keep them warm please I should take star off for that but won't unless it keeps happening paying a 1.09 for a cold donut is not good

Went to Krispy Kreme in Cape Girardeau today around 1 had a coupon code for a free dozen glazed doughnuts ordered a specialty dozen to go with it paid with a hundred dollar bill the cashier looked at it to ensure it was real and only gave back change for a fifty dollar bill didn't count the money back didn't ensure we had our receipt. Cashier is a thief today
