Food was good….. when they made it right. Talked to manager many times about issues. Everyone says they order a lot or all the time. I ordered the same sandwich every week day for about a month. Maybe had it right 3/4 of the time. Different ingredients than ordered or missing ingredients. Some of the workers were good at taking the orders . I was on my way to work so by the time I got to eat my sandwich I was too far to turn back…. Decided to just go to the Marion location so far so good.

I just needed Asiago bagels on this particular trip. I had previously ordered them thru the app. I was approximately 45 minutes early than my scheduled pickup time. They didn’t have it ready but that’s ok since I was early. But they almost couldn’t complete my order and found the necessary remaining few in another part of the store. Young man helping me was very nice and welcoming.

The cashier rang up my order incorrectly and was trying to overcharge me by $5. I questioned why it was so expensive and she corrected the order. I ordered the roast turkey avocado BLT to go (among other things). I got all the way home and realized they didn't put any avocado on my sandwich at all. None. After paying $45 for dinner and two bagels for me and my 8 year old child, I would expect to at least get the ingredients listed in the NAME of the sandwich! guy at register had exceptional customer service skills, would give 5 stars but it didn't seem like the food department was communicating very well with the guy at the front on who was supposed to do what. overall great experience, would recommend. 1:40pm 1/11/25
