I had a good experience at Broken Yolk Cafe overall. The food was really good—I ordered the green chilaquiles and an iced mocha latte and both were flavorful and satisfying. The waitlist was a bit long, but honestly not too bad considering how busy it was. Our server, Craig, was super nice, attentive, and made the experience better with his service. However, the server who dropped off our food (JD) came off a bit rude—he kind of just set our dishes down without much care, which was a little off-putting. Georgia provided such a great service She was so friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was fast, even though the restaurant was busy, and she checked on us throughout our meal. I ordered the stuffed French toast, and it was absolutely delicious! Everything came out hot and fresh, and the whole breakfast was amazing. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, definitely ask for Georgia. I’ll definitely be back!

We didn’t plan a Valentine’s Day Breakfast out but that’s what happened- I got on broken yolks wait list at 7:30 am & showed up with a small crowd at the front door. Surprisingly there were not many wait staff & we all felt surprised at that, the in jumped Thomas to save the day!!! He got everyone seated with fresh coffee & a promise our server would be right with us, AND he was!!! James was covering a number of table but took his time & helped us with selections, he was so patient considering how busy the place was!
