This El Pollo Loco location has been around since the beginning and its hasn't changed which I find super cool. The cashier are always nice and helpful and the chicken is never dry. The mat is sticky in front of the fountain drinks but other than that its cool 😎 However, this El Pollo Loco do not have a drive thru but the parking is very convenient.

I went to buy a chicken tostada, and the cashier, an older person, was in a bad mood. He asked me questions in a rude way, so I had to leave without buying anything. They should talk to him or give him more training in customer service.😦☹️

I would not eat there again. This place, not very clean, the chicken tenders were way over cooked and super salty, the coleslaw slaw no flavor made poorly didn't taste fresh. So disappointed 😞

Check your order before leaving thr store...specially online order...you are given the choice of how many salsa or dressing you will get but they will not do it..most of the time they will only place 4 pcs of salsa..for family meal....once you open your order at home its too late..
