I don’t think I’ve ever been this disappointed by a banh mi. I decided to give this place a try because of the great reviews, but unfortunately it did not live up to the expectations. For context, I’m half Chinese and half Vietnamese, and I grew up around authentic Asian cuisine — especially coming from Vancouver, Canada, where the food scene is exceptional. Because of that, I had pretty high hopes, but the experience ended up falling short for me. Stopped in here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! Their coffee was very reasonable and their subs, err sandwhitches are not enough to share of your looking for a light lunch or snack! We really enjoyed the food and drinks, and will definitely return when in the area! Easy to access and plenty of parking available, and the staff were incredible friendly and made everything on the menu clear to us. Thank you Banhdicted!

The boba had an awful texture and the thai tea was good but wayy too sweet. i’d planned on ordering a sandwhich but as soon as i walked in i got told the one i wanted had a 30% price increase which i thought was a bit steep… i understand inflation is rough but i think at least make sure its changed on the board and not just the staff telling me that. my friends smoothie was very expensive and the quality wasn’t great. couldn’t even taste the mango at all.
