I only had to take away a star for food because they don't have listed onions in the hash browns and cheese combo and my husband and I both HATE onions. They did take them off our bill and offered something else. Rest was awesome! I got the regular Benedict and my husband got the 3 berry French toast and a couple eggs over easy which everything was cooked to perfection! Tasted great! Highly suggest for breakfast or brunch!

What a great breakfast spot! Some friends and I were visiting Casper, and saw how many good reviews Eggington's had, so we had to see what all the hype was about! It did not disappoint, and this may have been my favorite breakfast place that I've ever been too. I got a omelette with feta cheese, artichoke and other veggies, and it tasted great! I'm not usually an omelette person, but I was very much impressed with this omelette. My friend got the eggs benedict and it was the most appetizing eggs Benedict I've seen! So much so, that I had to steal a bite from him. It was as good as it looks.

Had the pleasure of meeting Pete the owner of Eggingtons since I was doing some work on one of his vehicles near by. He informed me that Eggingtons does take out orders and if I wanted something to eat it was on him. I ordered the Florentine Benedict, one of my favorite dishes to order from them, and he brought it back to me in no time at all. I was really impressed by his generosity and efficiency. He knew all the side dishes off top of his head, and personally delivered my food to me hot, fresh, and ready to go. Eggingtons has always been a favorite restaurant of mine and this rare experie

Eggingtons Oh my gosh, I had an amazing breakfast at this historic down building! The atmosphere was so warm and inviting. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. I had the cowboy skillet, and it was absolutely delicious! The home-style potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and there were multiple meats to choose from. The gravy was to die for!
