I accidentally lost my phone in the Castle Rock Safeway store. Jordan was behind the bakery counter helping me with my bday cake order (very impressive bakery) and she was so incredibly thoughtful to take out her time to help me find it. Her kindness stood out in a world where most people only care about themselves and are always in a hurry. I usually stop at other grocery store but will make it a point to start shopping here again. Hopefully her manager will read this and acknowledge the fact that she was so kind and helpful to me!!

The front end employees are always friendly. I am however not happy with the Deli. I waited a while to get helped. I got a 4 piece fried chicken and when I got home to eat it, the chicken was exceptionally dry.

Great Safeway with lots of selection. The cake decorators are superb, I found a cookie decorated with a random lobster and I had to buy it because it was so weird.

I despise this store with a passion. They are constantly out of product, the employees are lazy, and won’t help out, I was just in line for five minutes at customer service, and all of the employees look at you, but nobody helps. I hate that they are putting in Dawson trails, but I can’t wait for a new grocery store to go in south Castle rock. Update. Made the mistake of hoping things had gotten better at this store. But nope. Not only did they discontinue the pre cooked grilled chicken and fajita meat, you better be careful driving in their parking lot this morning, the carts are extendin
