When we came in we were promptly greeted by a young lady that told us where to find our party table and what was going to happen and when. Our table was setup nicely and clean, then another young lady came to ask what kinds of drinks and made sure everything was ok and gave us our game passes. The manager seemed like a great young man. The food came out when it was supposed to and the staff were available and helpful when needed. My crew ate practically everything so the food was good. We felt the facility was clean and in order, my kid had a great birthday party.

Had my daughter's 2nd birthday party here, the staff were great, on top of everything, very polite, apologetic when they ran out of pepperoni for the pizza's but as a human i know sometimes things in life happens, I didn't give them no grief at all, they definitely looked out for my child for her birthday. We will definitely be returning for future parties or even going without booking a party. The store was clean, food was great. Thank you again to all the staff that worked March 29th 2026 at 1:30-3:30pm. You all were great.

Salmonella E. Cheese, that is what they should call it. Walk in one day and just watch that buffet bar and how the animals tear it up, you'll quickly discover why my kids never go to this place. I am really surprised with the extremely low cleaning standards that someone hasn't been seriously hurt. Rent a party room at SkyZone so you know your food is safe and let the kids jump around. Seriously your best option over this place.

Employees were all helpful and friendly. Our granddaughter is about to go back home to Georgia and we wanted her to have fun. Our baby definitely had fun, met friends to play with and played games. Oh don't forget about her pizza, ice cream and she saw Chuck E. Cheese. We love her and that's what grandparents do 🤷🏽‍♀. We'll be back when our baby comes for another visit.
