Two stars for friendly service. Came with a friend and we got 2 large bowls and spring rolls. They charged an automatic 18% gratuity???? We sat in a booth up front, so maybe I missed signs about it, but its fully ridiculous to charge automatic gratuity for 2 people, esp on a random Tuesday when they were far from busy. I would have tipped 20% had they not taken the choice from me, so I didnt bother complaining. I've had better pho and wont be back over the slimy business practices.

Unfortunately, this place will never get return service from me. My partner went in here to get some shrimp pho for me since I have been sick. When he got home the broth smelled great but I thought the shrimp looked off. I decided to try it anyway and the texture was, uh, interesting. When I broke one open I realized, OH, they're not cooked all the way through! The shrimp were RAW on the inside. I'm a bit horrified, I already ate a few of them and have been recovering from illness. This is unacceptable and really dangerous. Half-cooked seafood? The entire order took a long time to prepare. Overpriced. The food was basic and overly expensive. Didn’t even get to decide how much tip I should give because they’ve already decided for me. It was included in my bill. $6 plus for 2 egg rolls is ridiculous.
