Rusty’s Ranch House absolutely lived up to the hype. The food was excellent across the board. Perfectly cooked steak, great flavor, and portions that felt well worth it. Our server was having a rough night and accidentally dropped our food no fault to her, she was extremely pleasant and quick to help us. My steak initially came out blue rare despite ordering medium rare. After sending it back, it returned extremely overcooked and tasted off to me. I only ate a few more bites and didn’t finish it, which is very unusual for me. For starters the staff was sooo friendly and they did comp an appetizer for the wait but we made a reservation , waited 20 mins to be sat . Then we weren't helped for a half hour after sitting . By the time we got our check and left we had been there over 2 hours :/ food is not terrible but for a $15 burger being one of the cheapest items on the menu , you have to put it together yourself and no condiments come on it . Also the atmosphere is very cramped and crowded/ loud so if you like a peaceful quiet environment this is not the place.
