On April 8 2026 around 8:25 i purchased a Spinach pizza and the cashier in the front took my order who also later said he was the store manager which if he is then the owner of this establishment needs to check themselves because this guy is rude after receiving my pizza when I got home I noticed the pizza was half done and the pizza was very greasy so I called back ask to speak to the manager explain my situation told I would take pictures of it because I had made it home and didn’t feel like coming back he said he couldn’t refund it without me coming back now let me explain I’ve worked as ma

Horrible horrible horrible. Never coming here again! They have no food out and take forever to put more out. Place was dirty and we found small hair in our food

I had a horrible experience at this location last night. First it took 15 mins for them to give us our drink cups. Every drink in the machine was out. There was no ice available. No napkins in the dispensers. The tables were dirty. There was no food on the line. There was a 15 minute wait on pizzas. The manager was rude and constantly rolled her eyes at everyone. She was rude to the customers as well as her employees. The customer service was not up to par. I was disappointed & dissatisfied. By far the worst Cicis I have been to. I will never return to this location again. 0/10 I do not recomm

This CiCi’s Pizza was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had — and that’s saying something. First off, ROACHES. Yes, plural. That alone should shut a place down, but somehow it got worse. The dining area was filthy — tables covered in crumbs and grease. No staff bothered to clean them, so I had to wipe down my own table just to sit. Absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms were revolting. The smell alone was enough to make you lose your appetite. Trying to eat while that odor lingered in the air is beyond me. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary. The manager was completely unpro
