Kung Fu Tea here in Cedar Park is clean and ordering is usually quick.🙏🏻 Cons: Lacks consistency in making tea drinks. When you want regular sweet you get 50% sweet when it should be 100% sweet. Very rarely has my regular sweet drink been left at regular sweetness level versus the 50% or below sweetness level so you really cannot taste the flavor well, and the attitude I get when asking them to make it more sweet is not pleasant. Maybe managment is telling them to use less ingredients to save on $$. Either way if you make a regular sweet drink only on certain days and other day's it's SUPER

The large, colorful “only customers can use the restroom” sign feels unwelcoming and rude, especially for a tea shop in a nice suburban area. Delivery drivers get completely ignored, and they’re very slow to prepare orders. You have to ask permission to use the restroom while they take 20 minutes to make the order, even after you’ve already driven over and waited 10 minutes in your car, expecting them to be slow from past experience. No acknowledgment, no urgency. It’s disrespectful, and it’s exactly why drivers cancel.

Terrible ownership of this location! Obviously, the owner could care less about their employees, because they choose to have a single employee do it all! Every time I go in for a milk tea, wait time is between 15-30 minutes, depending on how busy it is. What happens when that employee needs to use the restroom, not feeling well??? What happened to people's humanity and empathy?! Did COVID screw up people's minds?!? If I got hired there and had to work by myself, I would quit on my first day, seriously! It's wrong and unethical to treat employees like robots!!!

The winter melon green tea with boba is delicious. I really liked the texture of boba at this place. Right amount of sweetness and chewy. I particularly didn’t like the bitterness in the drink I ordered. But that’s because of the green tea in it. Will probably try a different flavor next time. They customize sugar levels and ice levels which is great. They also have variety of options to choose from their menu. Although I ordered a to-go, the ambience looked pretty .
