The pho is decent, crazy ratio of pho for your money. Conveniently located just a few blocks east of Arapahoe and I-25 where you can have an affordable option for lunch or dinner. Food was absolutely AMAZING! and prices are VERY reasonable. Ordered the sesame chicken which was super tasty and crunchy. Pho broth my partner ordered was delicious and so were the beef spring rolls 🥹

As I was eating, I heard one of the customers customize their order by removing a meat and substituting it with something else. All the pho are listed as the same price on the menu so I don't think it should be a problem but the waitress told the customer it wasn't possible. Customer was polite and accepted this. I also heard the second part of the conversation where they forgot to add one of the meats to one of the bowls. This place has gone downhill... If you are looking for good Vietnamese food go elsewhere. Today was the first full rainy day. A hot flavorful Pho sounded perfect. Unfortunately, front of the house was struggling bad. Plenty of tables not cleaned off, no greeting even when there are groups of people waiting by the door. My friend and I saw multiple people walk out. Inconsistent front of house. No greeting at all for 10 minutes. Some customers would get the veggie plate that comes with pho; others like mine didn't.
