Actually deserves a 0 star. Customer service is terrible, very unprofessional. Wait time for food is uncalled for, acting like I ordered a steak at a chicken place. Order was nothing special, some chicken and sides. Been waiting 45 min, and it was an online order. What's the point of ordering online, if I'm just gonna have to wait once I get to store. Do better management. Will never return to this one, hopefully it will get closed down like checkers.

Used my debit card here last night, woke up to $170 missing out of my account and 9 charges for visible wireless. Don’t recommend paying with card here.

Such a rude and disrespectful attitude. Sent a coworker to pick me up food. Coworker asked to make sure it was all made correctly. Had such a snobby attitudes toward the question. I check my food when my coworker returned. Did not make it plain. Had to drive all The way back there to get my sandwich mead correctly. Such condescending attitude when I came back to get my sandwich made correctly. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend going to any KFC around this area they all suck.

I ordered sauced chicken nuggets & they were not sauced at all. The side order of corn literally had a tablespoon of corn in it.
