I ordered cold foam which they charge 65 cents for extra, and they didn’t give it. None of our orders turned out right and their was 4 coffees ordered, one was missing creamer another was missing sugar, I would not recommend this location as they don’t care about their orders and charge you extra for things they don’t even add. This was not the first time they messed up the orders.

Where the hell is Jess ?? I so sad to see her leave all because you guys don’t pay her what’s she’s worth. Been coming here for years around 2am. Half the time they’re barely open. It was better when the staff just told me to pull around because they knew me. We miss you Jess .

Hi, one of coffee lover today is 9 February 2026 time around 7:20 PM to 7:35 PM coffee maker is very slow in front of me car they give it to delivered one cup of coffee almost 20 minutes. I asked the associate he told me something weird I don’t like it anyway I buy one coffee, triple triple medium when I take this coffee when I’m doing I see they’re not give it to any coffee only water and cream and sugar. I don’t know why that kind of you’re doing with me. I just called to the responsible for the store make it clear the store location is 10 mile and Ryan Warren thank you.

The food and coffee is great... at this location service here is terrible. Literally EVERY single time I come here, no matter who the worker is, they are rude to me. This morning the lady was rude AND messed up my order. I'm done going there and I'm telling my friends and family not to get there either. In fact, if your reading this I encourage you to go somewhere else also where they treat their customers with common courtesy.
