I was already in line before closing, but by the time my order was actually taken it had just turned midnight. When I pulled up to the window, the young man helping me was incredibly polite and professional. Unfortunately, his manager completely ruined the experience by screaming at him for taking my order. She slammed the window shut and berated him right in front of me. It was truly unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable to witness. I hope she doesn’t treat all of her employees that way. I cannot imagine working for such a cruel woman.

Asked for extra crispy fries and chicken. I worked for canes for 12 years and know how it looks extra crispy and ours was not. We received our food way too fast for it to be extra crispy also. I would have loved to been pulled and told to park to receive what I actually ordered. Staff was friendly but food was not as I ordered very soggy and disappointing :/ I would have waited the extra time gladly with the money we spent. Nobody likes soggy chicken and flimsy fries.

Haven't been back to this location for 2 years beaucause they always give you soggy chicken when you ask for extra crispy. I told myself a lot can change in two years with management and I didn't feel like driving to the Watson location. Order extra crispy and get soggy regular chicken again. Its like theor general manager thinks the customers are dumb and trains employees to take the crispy chicken order but give them regular chicken like customers dont know the difference smh

Went there today and not a great experience. Fries old and cold and very few given with my meal. And chicken tenders tiny..... no bigger than my finger literally
