I had a great experience at the Panera Bread Union Mill location, and I want to recognize Manager Doha for the outstanding customer service. Doha was friendly, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The staff worked efficiently, the restaurant was clean, and I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I walked in. I just got here 3 time they charged me for 2 sandwiches 1 small coffee ☕️ 14.75 sometimes 15. 25 but tody Friday I just came here and order the same sandwiches Doha she is Manger I told her 2 3 time use my number she said your number doesn't work she charged me same sandwiches 19 dollars this is not fear I was paid same sandwiches 2 3 time 14 to 15 dollars she charged me 19 dollars 4 dollars extra I showed her my account she saw but she didn't return my money

Have made several orders for pickup over the past year at this location and I think there's maybe one or two times in total that the order had everything it was supposed to have. Got burned twice when I didn't check my order there at the store right there. I don't know if they're rushing to get orders out, but order accuracy has not been one of their goals it seems, even when it's not that busy inside. It's a fine location as long as you're dining in or double/triple checking your order before you walk out the door. Shouldn't have to spend time doing that for what Panera costs these days, but
