Customer service was mid, both employees were laughing at customer in drive thru on headset while a family was waiting at the counter. They were on their phones a lot, while the other lady was working in the back. My brother asked multiple times for cheddar cheese and not American cheese and his Turkey sausage, egg and cheese had American. The London Fogs we ordered were made right. Finally, the barista shouldn't put her fingers inside the cup as she writes the name of the drink on it; that's cross contamination.

Service was great. My barista, Jaxon, was so sweet and willing to tweak my order to my liking. He was very kind and suggested a few items based on what I liked. I would 100% recommend coming here (and maybe even asking for Jaxon!)

I was having great service and my drinks have been on point until recently. I placed a mobile order for a medium hot mocha. When I picked it up and went back to work, I took the first sip I knew something was way off. It tasted like hot chocolate with water. I could tell there was no espresso in it or milk. It was so bad I had to throw it out because I couldn't go back I had a class coming. Because of that experience I will not be coming back. There are other options that are just as expensive that are more consistent. I spent almost $8 for hot water and chocolate that ended up down the drain
