We had a fantastic visit to Portillo’s! The food and atmosphere were great as always, but what really made our meal special was Tim. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and was genuinely one of the kindest people we’ve encountered. It’s rare to get that level of service these days. Tim truly made our experience 10/10!

All around the experience was worthwhile, great burgers! With kiosk or human contact ordering makes ordering a bite to eat a breeze. The atmosphere has the cozy 1950-60's diner approach with advertising decorating the walls. 10/10 recommend!

By Tiffani Real I had never heard of Portillo’s before. They’re an Illinois staple that recently opened a location in Kennesaw, Georgia, and Chicago natives were thrilled to get a taste of home. Folks unfamiliar with Chicago-style hot dogs and Italian beef, on the other hand, were busy complaining about the “wet” sandwiches. Some people just don’t get it. This was a first ever trip to Illinois and id been looking forward to a great italian beef. Stopped by for lunch and had the pleasure to have Trinity serve me. I had both the chicago dog as well as the Italian beef Portills way, and it was as terrific as the service, and thats saying quite a bit. As a foodie I was very impressed with the whole restaurant.
