This restaurant is FILTHY. It’s evident that management/ownership are hands off. The older woman working the register was rude and dismissive. All of the tables were scattered with food crumbs. When I informed her, she said they’re too busy to wipe tables. When I asked to speak to a manager, she refused to call for them and told me to come back tomorrow. The food quality was also poor. The burritos had unusually small portions, and the chips were stale. I requested a refund, and the same cashier also refused to assist me. This restaurant needs stronger management and to focus on cleanliness.

We order from this chipotle once a week because it’s close to our house. We always do pick up because it’s convenient for us. They forget something in every order, and my husband just brought home our food, and I was livid. My sad excuse for a burrito bowl… Chipotle what even is this? We will not be going back to this location ever again.

No urgency seen in the staff during peak hours. Took about 30 minutes after arriving to receive my app order that said ready for pickup on the app. I saw multiple customers getting frustrated as they were in the same boat as me. Either waiting way too long, or getting frustrated with the line staff not being urgent whatsoever. Atmosphere was very uncomfortable because of all this, so I definitely won't be visiting this location again, even though it's the closest to my home. It's worth the gas and time driving to Minnetonka.

They are not even filling online orders. Only helping people who walk in and order. My order is over 30 minutes late. There’s 10 of us standing and waiting for orders we already paid for (!!) while they help everyone else who walks in. This is the 3rd time I have had a problem with this location ordering online. Maybe they should just not offer online orders when they are busy? I would have come in and ordered and be home feeding my family by now. **when I got my food home, the order was so messed up and missing ingredients. Not the first time that’s happened either.
