I’m honestly disappointed with this location. The posted closing time says 8:00 PM, but I arrived at 6:50 PM and the doors were already locked. There were multiple customers outside trying to get in, and employees were still inside talking, with the food display fully stocked. This isn’t the first time this has happened — the drive-thru also seems to close earlier than the posted hours. If the store is going to close early, the hours should be updated so customers aren’t wasting their time. I understand that staffing issues can happen, but consistency and communication matter. My absolute favorite location in the area. Everyone is pleasant and my order is always correct. I have a few locations closer to my house but make the commute over to this location as it has always been a great experience.

Was headed in to get food at around 5 p.m. and saw this girl with a huge Afro waiting on people and making drinks. I left as I didn’t want her touching my food as she wasn’t wearing a hair net nor did she have her hair tie back! I think if you’re going to hire people to work in the food service industry, they need to look clean and professional, not like trash. If this was my business, I would not hire someone that looks like this nor keep them employed if they came to work looking the way they did.

Since when are you allowed to use cleaners while people are eating? I personally had to get up and leave the restaurant and eat breakfast in my cold car because they decide to wipe tables and glass down while people are eating completely. Unacceptable wait until the dining room is clear.
