One of, if not the best location in the area. Staff is diverse and extremely friendly. If there are any issues with a meal or service, they're more then willing to make the situation right by you. I had one slight complaint as a frequent Chick-fil-A eater and Signature Member... and that was that their sweetened ice tea was not as sweet as other locations. I voiced that concern to a team member and the problem was looked into and fixed. I see the same staff all the time and no one ever has an off or bad day.

Today I went shopping around 2:00 p.m. I ordered food at the drive-thru, and when I pulled up to pick up my order, the young woman asked for my name, which I provided. At that very moment, she handed me the drinks; I was just barely getting them situated in my car when she dropped the food directly onto me—almost throwing it at me. I asked her if she was serious, but she simply turned away without answering and just made faces at me. The service was so poor that I wouldn't want to go back.
