My birthday reward came through 🙌🏽 Grabbed the hashbrown spicy chicken bowl from Chick-fil-A and it was fresh, hot, and the chicken was nice and spicy. Fluffy eggs, crispy chicken, and those yummy hash browns made it a solid 10/10!

I've let some days pass before submitting this to take a step back. I still believe it is important to submit as a cautionary tale. I've always appreciated (and found incredibly impressive) how universally kind all Chic fil A employees are all over the nation. The food and service is just consistently above and beyond such that we gladly and patiently wait in long lines for the food. So, it is just sad that we had a rare experience the other week. Would not recommend this particular Chick-fil-A for celiacs. Granted it was very busy when we visited, but when is a Chick-fil-A not? Young lady taking our order was not familiar with the term gluten allergy. When our to go order came, they had the gluten allergy/celiac order in the same bag with the rest of our family, causing cross-contamination risk. We had to ask for our sons to be remade and there was still very little concern with meeting his allergy needs.
