First time trying Blue Bottle and I had no idea it was even a chain. I just needed a quick afternoon pick me up and ended up really impressed. It was packed with a long line, but it moved pretty efficiently. The space is super minimal and clean, and as soon as I saw the pour over setup and huge Italian espresso machine, I knew the coffee would be legit. I ordered an iced café latte and it was excellent. Smooth, rich, and had this really nice chocolatey flavor without being sweet. It honestly didn’t need any sugar at all. I’m pretty picky about espresso and this definitely delivered. They do h

❌️Worst coffee shop ever. Cups are so small, coffee is cold. Extremely overpriced. I will report this place to Better Business Bureau. Cashier argued and insulted me. I want my money back.

Stopped in for coffee. My son wanted a croissant, egg sandwich (no cheese) & water. Needed to use the restroom. 31$ later we have coffee and egg sandwich -WITH CHEESE- and the most disgusting bathroom ever. Sometimes orders get mixed up, that’s fine. He ate the cheese. I still can’t get over how unkept the bathroom was. This is my only reason for the poor review.
