Placed an order for catering food to feed 15 people for pick up. Wife went in there and got it, she had to ask for plates. The bag was stapled shut and the guy pulled it apart to put in the plates. She asked the guy if he was sure that it would feed 15 people and he said yes. She dropped it off at my work place and told me she had placed her 2 side orders from her meal in the bag, which were a one serving each. By the time we set it up (around 11pm), we found out that it did not have any of the sides with it. We were supposed to have had Barbeque beans, potato salad and green beans with bacon

I’ve never had drier chicken in my life, then the jalapeño sausage tasted like it had been sitting in their heater for three days and was also extremely dry. Only thing that had any sort of moisture was the dinner roll. I couldn’t even eat my food because of how dry it everything was.

I will never return ever again after nearly a month of waiting for them to process a refund and having to email corporate and calling corporate myself I finally received a refund. Im not sure if Greg and the owner are new but its not okay to lie to customers and its also not to steal. If Dickeys is really hurting for money maybe do a better job at providing a better quality of food. I feel so disappointed that I had to go through all of this hassle for a simple refund.

When door dash didn’t bring the correct order, I called. Brian and David were very quick to fix the order and even stayed a little past closing so I could drive across town to pick it up…ON New Years Eve! I know they probably wanted to go have fun, but they stayed to make everything right for me! Very impressed! The food was fresh and hot when I arrived. Kudos to both Brian and David for stellar customer service and great food!
