The drinks are pre made with very little ice so they come out watered down and flat. Be nice to get your own inside. Went through asked for extra ice and was handed a watered down drink with hardly any ice, I said I asked for extra ice and instead of making a new one he added ice to my watered down drink. I had to go in to get a new one and it was flat like he did the same thing and added ice to an already made drink. Bring back self service drinks please! Then my Big Mac had so much sauce it was cold and impossible to eat. Glad my half cooked fries were still hot. I understand order times but

Braden took our order and did an excellent job. Very friendly and repeated our order back to us. Lana was also very friendly and helpful. Store was nice and clean. We tried the Big Arch. It is absolutely DELICIOUS. McDonald's fries were hot and fresh. If you haven't tried this sandwich yet, you should go and try it. This is a keeper.

We are in town for a graduation but lived here for 12 years. We ordered from this location 3 times while in town for coffee and easy breakfast. Or so we thought. Not one order was right. And helpful tip McDonalds, if you offer to add cream and sugar to a coffee allow a customer to state how many of each OR better yet put it in when the customer orders it in their coffee.

I have refrained from leaving a review for benefit of the doubt and I know for a fact that they care about reviews; with that being said, every single time I have been here the service has been egregious, not always horrible but consistently not to standard. It's not nit picky things either, it's things like forgetting straws, utensils, condiments, food, waiting right at the counter (pick up or register) for 10+ minutes before someone even looks my direction. Also, turn the mics up on your headsets guys, I know it's hard to hear through but when I have to actually be leaning out the window car
