This place never fails to dissapoint me. I get taco bell is busy, I get that there’s only really two in Cheyenne. I get it. I used to work in food service myself. I get why you might go “ahh whatever” in the middle of a rush. However, there’s got to be some sort of line drawn between handing out mid food vs not trying at all. In my 20 years of living in cheyenne, this taco bell has gotten my order right maybe twice. Along with that, I rarely get a pleasant experience from your employees. The women here are great and very kind but most of the men here look at you with genuine hatred for showing

Had to return for a missing burrito. Churros and nuggets were burnt and barely edible. Taco meat tasted barely seasoned. Probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever had. They did promptly give me the missing burrito and apologized when I returned for it.

It is rare to find a fast food employee that is knowledgeable about there job, efficient, and has good customer facing skills yet that's exactly what I experienced from the drive through girl during my visit. Food was made to standard with no complaints. The trip was quick, courtious, with hot food that looks like the pictures. I couldn't ask for anything more, but its surprisingly rare to find now days.

This is the single worst restaurant in the entire town of cheyenne. Not one single employee cares about the quality of food they are putting out. Management clearly doesn't care. You don't consistently have issues unless it's on Management. You've created a horrid culture here. Management needs to be fired. Corporate needs to get involved.
