A lot of past reviewers note a lack of urgency in the staff, distraction by their friends’ conversation, and a lack of charging outlets indoors. I had a pretty good overall experience on my first visit to Home, and didn’t experience any issue with the customer service at all. There was a short line when I arrived, so it took me about 5 minutes to order—not overly slow or annoying at all. I was greeted by a friendly cashier who took my order and I sat down nearby.
