I'll start with I love Whataburger when it's done right but that seems to be rarer each time. When this one opened I really wanted it to be "my whataburger" bc it was new and close to my neighborhood, sadly it will not be. I ordered 2 whatameals and a kids cheeseburger meal curbside. Took it home and halfway through our meal my toddler says "Dad there's ants in my burger". I thought he was just seeing the pepper or seasonings but we were wrong. Love hate relationship for this location. I love the fact that I always get a free burger to take home to the family if someone wants it. I hate the fact that every time I come here, my order is made wrong and cheese is put on my burger even though I dont order it(lactose intolerant) and cheese doesn't even come on a #2 unless you ask. So now I'm waiting an extra 5 minutes because someone's inability to make a simple sandwich. This has happened at least 4 times now.

Thought they had given me a plain biscuit by mistake, but no, there was actually a piece of chicken the size of my thumb and a bit of honey butter in there after all. I asked for cream and sugar for my coffee and had to take the vanilla flavored creamers (yuck) in and exchange them. Simply not up to the high standards I've learned to expect from our beloved Whataburger restaurants.

I ordered a chicken sandwich at my local whataburger and should have stuck with my normal burger. As I started to bite into the sandwich I thought they mistakenly gave me a burger the meat was dark on the outside, it was the batter I suppose. It looked like a grease saturated patty of some kind. It had no taste I only took one bite. I finished my fries and drink both were good as usual. I felt the need to drive back to the window and tell them it was horrible. The young girl just looked stunned. I threw it in the garbage and drove away. If I choose to eat there again I’ll just stick to the bur
