I recently had an encounter regarding the menu. Tried ordering something but they stated they did not have it but when you try to order it on uber eats, view it On google maps menu, or use one of the many options to place the order, it allows you to choose the item. They stated they don’t have it although it shows it available. I would definitely recommend them adjusting everything so the staff at this place doesn’t have bad attitude to telling someone “they don’t have it,” or maybe state it’s unavailable. I ordered 2 king subs. 1 turkey and 1 ham with everything except tomatoes. I also ordered fries and onion rings. I hadn't been to a Mr Submarine in more than 5 years. The taste of the sandwiches is not how I remembered. Not bad, but not as good. They also seemed to be more skimpy than I remembered. The fries were good but the onion rings are not something I'd buy again. I spent $24. Probably won't be back for another 5 years 🤷🏾‍♀️.

Today, I had a taste for an oldie but goodie - MR. SUBMARINE! Since I was in the Cicero area, I decided to stop by the closest one. The location is a bit of a smaller one, but the food was, nevertheless, great! I got the combo sub and a side of fried mushrooms. Yummy!! 😋 The 2 ladies working there were very nice. The place was clean and welcoming too. Next time I'm in the area, I may very well stop by again. Thank you ladies! 🥖🙏🏾♥️
