We love coming here whenever we're downtown for an event! This is always our choice spot for good chips and queso, fun drinks, and good tacos. Drinks are pricey, with the seasonal marg being 14 dollars, so be ready for that. Thats why this is our special occasion spot! Usually 2-3 tacos per person, sometimes we go for a fourth. We always book with open table for a spot and never have had a wait.

I ordered an assortment of tacos and they were plated nicely. But all of the tortillas were cold and would rip at the bottom after the first bite. All the meats were dry and did not have much flavor. I would go elsewhere if you are expecting authentic. Their website claims to be “Serving up authentic Mexican street fare”. However, I had a different interpretation of it as a person who has ate Mexican street food in Mexico City and around socal.

We went for an early dinner with other family members. Our first visit. Menu looked great. I ordered the potato taco and it was tasty but it was mostly peppers and onion. It had a tiny tiny half of a very small new potato. It was about the size of a $.25 coin. Staff was attentive. They sat us behind the DJ and even though the music was very good, it was also too loud & was difficult for us to chat as a group amongst ourselves.
