We ordered a pizza, picked it up, grabbed coffee from somewhere else, and decided to eat in the dining room. This Pizza Hut clearly used to be one of those 90s buffet locations, so now it has that slightly haunted “the salad bar has been gone for years, but its spirit remains” energy. Honestly? Loved it. It was empty, quiet, clean, and basically perfect for antisocial people who want to eat pizza in peace without making eye contact with civilization. My husband ordered the big dinner box and usually with the deal it comes with breadsticks he ordered the bacon cheddar cheese sticks just to be delivered regular breadsticks so we wasted an extra three dollars for nothing! We’re not usually complainers because we get customer service job but after time and time again from ordering here we always get something wrong idk if you guys have some bad apples working here but for the sake on y’all staying in business at least double check if the order is right

This place is absolutely horrible. Went to order and the lady had no idea about a special I wanted. I show her it online where it says dine in or carry out still had no clue. Was told I couldn’t dine in because they had no plates no cups no fountain drinks nothing. after I finally get to place my order the lobby was a mess the workers sat in the lobby the whole time gossiping about people was just horrible. The building looks rundown. The parking lot is not maintained at all overall just horrible.
