I was naming off an order and the guy working the headset got an attitude with me for asking a basic question. The manager did not apologize and took up for the worker. You don't treat customers like that period. I was and I don't argue with the manager grabbed my food and left. I understand it full of teen workers but customer service is crappy there and management don't care.

We had a mobile order for this location as we passed through town. We've been here before and have never had an issue like this. Our order was not correct in almost every aspect. The crunchy taco shell was stale and the chalupa was tough as well. Those were the only quality issues. But on top of that the order was inaccurate as there were missing ingredients in items that should have been there and ingredients we asked to have removed in other items still had those ingredients in them. It was a major disappointment and unfortunately we checked to see if we had everything but because our orders

Went to get some food after work and half my order was wrong. They didn’t tell me that the cantina had changed so I paid for something that I didn’t want. Also didn’t listen when I tried to get the burrito made a certain way and messed that up too. I’m kinda upset because Tacobell hasn’t messed my order up like this before.
