Do not order through the app. Two times in a row we’ve gotten home only to discover that our order was wrong. Both times we had to drive back to the store to get it corrected, which completely defeats the convenience of ordering ahead. What was especially disappointing was the lack of customer service. When I explained that this was the second consecutive order with mistakes, I expected at least an apology or some gesture to make up for the inconvenience. Instead, nothing was offered. Mistakes happen, but repeated errors make it hard to recommend ordering through the app.
