Here i am again to update my review. And it's not better. I tried to give them a second and third chance. They messed up my order, my husband took it back, they were unenthusiastic about nothing at all. Just a mindset of they're over it. They fixed the order wrong again. So completed the survey at the bottom of the receipt and came here to repost. I'm now driving 25 minutes out of the way to another establishment because of the lack of service and getting the order right. Do better please. I'm big on customer service. The young man was super helpful with assisting me in finding a drink for myself and my toddler. The rest of the staff was polite and smiling. The environment was clean and sanitary. I will for sure make this my permanent location.

This is the 2nd time I’ve come here on my way to work and it’s only 1 worker and it’s the same female. She’s so sweet and nice despite being overwhelmed. I ordered Online & still had to wait a few minutes. This is very sad on Tropical Smoothie management. I wish I would have gotten her name. The 5 stars are strictly because of the nice young lady!
