I ordered through the app, and got screwed! I ordered two 3 topping medium pizzas and bread bites, and used my rewards for a fee pizza. I was charged $41.82!!! It should have been $10.99 x 2 + $2.99 + $6.00 delivery fee , for a total of $33.45!!! I tried to cancel the order in the app. No luck! I called the store! No help there either. I was told to call customer support. So I called customer support and they didn’t do anything, other than say they would look into it. So I had to call the bank and file a complaint and a dispute with them for the overcharge. It’s totally asinine that they don’t

I dont know the girl that works in there but she seems very miserable. Someone needs to retrain her about customer service. So my daughter ordered pizza got a pizza and a pasta and the app didnt give her the option when you order of a sauce that comes when u order a certain type of pizza. When my son-in law explained she seemed like she either had a bad day but was having attitude and pretty much said next time do it in the app. Mistakes happen customer service is to say im sorry you were having difficulties which could've been an app issue but to be rude and forward like you at your parents h
