This McDonald's was empty in the inside, but the drive up was busy. They were slow getting my order a whole 30 minutes for a iced coffee and a sandwich is ridiculous. The machines are doing the work for you and still slow...you have five people in area and two people in the back taking the food out to prepare it. PEOPLE we have to get out and move. After covid we have become a little bit entitled to drive up and instant everything. We have to speak up to the service when your paying your hard earned money. You owe it to yourself to do a review about the service you receive at any establish

So I went this morning to get a deluxe breakfast in which it came to my regret because I was given cold hash brown and no fork no oj and not to mention that the hash brown looks old anyway I’m not eating Lots of people speak bad about McDonald’s! Well, I was willing to get them another try but to my disappointment, I will not be going back like ever. What’s going on McDonald’s yeah work on it especially the service here at this place!!!

IF I COULD GIVE -ZERO STARS I WOULD THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I’m Here now waiting for my food. I placed my order through the kiosk in the restaurant and it prints my receipt blank so I wait patiently or someone to help me reprint my receipt. The Manager “ANTHONY” Happened to be working the front and bagging orders. He turns around and says “What” I show him my receipt in which was blank, He sees it and says oh what’s that with attitude. I am a customer and I should receive the best customer service at all times, especially from a manager working in the front Being the face of the rest

Almost 15 mins in the drive thru on my way to work. Now im running late over their drive thru being so slow. Do not come here before work or when u are in a hurry. Service was decent but i cannot believe i have spent so long on the drive thru!!!
