I went to Blue Sail Coffee for the first time in July 2024. I've been back multiple times since then! The atmosphere is warm, authentic, and inviting. The Blue Sail team is always friendly and helpful! The latte art was beautiful!! I also ordered a yogurt bowl that was super good. This summer, I was visiting a friend in Knoxville, TN. As she was giving me the tour of her home, she opened her pantry and there was a bag of Blue Sail beans on the shelf! I asked her where she bought them, and she said at her local Kroger. I like supporting small businesses.I don’t mean to be that person, but these are the facts of our experience. The baristas seemed extremely busy and were not paying much attention to customers. I understand they may have been short-staffed, but the wait was much longer than expected. Part of our order was forgotten entirely, and I had to get up and ask for it myself. On top of that, my order was made incorrectly and was missing the avocado that was supposed to be included. When the food finally arrived, it appeared rushed and was noticeably over-seasoned. Honestly I think my favorite meal of the day is brunch and man this place left me happy and fulfilled 🎯 I took my partner here for a little date day and this was a nice start to our day. We both had blueberry tea one hot and one iced and it was delightful. We shared our food the avocado toast and peanut butter banana bagel. Added a lemon cookie. We had no leftovers 😅 The lady that took our order had the best insight for the menu and I felt happy with her job which makes you know this is a place where passion reflects in all aspects on food and drinks. 10/10 will talk about and recommend
