I ordered quite a bit from here before the new owners, and it was pretty good. Today what is the first day that I had ordered from here with new ownership. We had family in for the day and decided to call in an order. An order for 6 people and 2 kids was ready in 15 mins. Calling in and picking up was very pleasant and the owner was more than kind. I have been a patron of Oriental Kitchen for many years. Always been my “go to” take out Chinese in Conway. I am very disappointed. I ordered my food at 505pm. Arrived at 530pm and my food wasn’t ready. It got to be 545, I inquired why it was taking so long. They stated they don’t start the order until you arrive. I explained, I ordered 25 minutes prior online for it ready when I got there. We went back and fourth for about 5 minutes, and he just apologized and made up excuses of the air is out, we don’t want your food to be cold. So on. I asked if they would discount my food. You really cant find chinese food like this anymore. I haven't eaten chinese food like this since I was a kid! 20 bucks for an insane amount of fried rice and orange chicken and all the crab rangoon I could possibly eat. It was so fresh and hot the clamshell it was in melted a little (microplastics are already in my DNA, of course I still ate it.) It was still warm even after my 30 minute fight with traffic to get home. If you want chinese food look no further!
