First visit ever & I waited 3mins before acknowledgement from manager @ front counter. Ernest was vibrant and guaranteed I would enjoy my food. I placed my order @4:58pm, asked that everything be prepared fresh. I was given the number 10 and was told my food would be brought out to me. I waited so long, people that came in after me received their food before me! I got up from my seat, went to the front counter and asked for my food. It was just sitting on the workstation for I don't know how long!!!! Fries were cold and I was clearly upset!! I just left the building because I couldn't wait an

It has been a long time since I have ate at Whataburger. I was absolutely shocked when I got my burger at the size. Everyone else is giving smaller and smaller portions and charging more but this burger was well worth the value, tasted great and was a really nice meal. The staff was very friendly and I plan to come back ASAP.

My cheseburger was delicious, but my french fries were soggy, and chewy! I enjoy a crispy fry! My coke was good, then I got a refil, and it was horrible, the other side was better, but on their side it was the best. The workers were ok. They do load the french fries here, but lile I said, I do not like mush, chewy french fries!
