Some chain restaurants feel like bland, cookies cutter copies of one another. This IHOP is nothing like that. This IHOP has great servers: they are friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food is delicious. Perhaps not entirely made in-house, but tasty and filling. I've been able to hang out here for hours working on schoolwork. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. And they keep the coffee coming!

Met a buddy for a late lunch yesterday, Tuesday as we both commented .... don't know when I last had IHOP? I had chose it for lunch recalling they served a normal menu and not just breakfast options. Took quite awhile to have someone seat us. Ordered the Poblano Benedict only to find out there were no English Muffins. However, the biscuit substitute was actually very good! Great tender, flavorful, and juicy beef with nice and crispy hash browns. Loved that they were browned on both sides. My Breakfast Burrito was HUGE and was well stuffed with eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Great BOGO coupon special will likely have us returning to sample more of the menu. Burgers turned out to be flavorful but, overcooked and dry. Was far more bun than burge
