I gave this place a second chance today and unfortunately left disappointed again. I purchased four drinks, and all four were disappointing. I don’t blame the employee working. In fact, the employee looked visibly stressed and appeared to be doing their best under difficult circumstances. The bigger issue seems to be management and overall operations. While waiting for our drinks, I noticed several red flags that raised concerns about quality, drink preparation, and food handling standards. I tried Feng Cha for the first time and the milk tea was delicious! 🧋 The flavors are rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just right. The boba was fresh and chewy, and the menu has a lot of great options to choose from. The shop itself is cozy and welcoming, and the service was friendly and quick. Definitely one of the best milk tea spots I’ve been to, and I’ll be coming back for more!
