I ordered a mocha frappe, but what I received was essentially plain ice with no mocha flavor and no whipped cream. When I asked about it, I was told that the whipped cream was unavailable, but this was not mentioned at the time of ordering. While I was trying to clarify the issue, they closed the door instead of addressing my concern. I wasn’t given any proper explanation, alternative, or resolution. If a key ingredient is missing, it should be clearly communicated before taking the order. I paid for a full beverage but did not receive what was advertised or expected, and no refund or adjust

Went on my lunch break and ordered my food at 12:08, and yhere was only 1 customer in front og me, and maybe 3 in the drive through. At 12:25, I still didnt have my food, soI asked for a refund because I already had to go back in to work. They tried to hurry and giveme my food real quick, so I said "no, I want a refund." Thr manager said "why?" I said "because Ive been waiting for 20 minutes and I already have to go back in to work, so I dont have time to eat. I need a refund."

We order drive thru. Guy seems making fun of our ordering. Then he calm himself down. Other than that everything was good. Food was good.

The manager of this location should try offering more hours to have more employees working nights; it's clear that the demand is higher than the number of employees they are currently employing. Take to long time to go drive-thru. Furthermore, they don't have what's available in the app; there's a lack of work between the system and what they can actually sell at that location.
