First time at Palio’s. The cashier could have asked me or walk me through how it is done here. I didnt know i have to get my own water🙄until the pizza arrived snd luckily i asked. Pizza was meh, cheese falling off to eat just crust. Location is great but restaurant is truly mediocre.

We have visited other Palio's locations but the one in Coppell Tx has the BEST service, prices, and food we have ever had. I recently moved out of town and will still travel over an hour 1/2 to go to this location. Great Staff, Food, Service!

This was my first time here. I got the Serene pizza and the Scorcher and both were AMAZING!!! I will try to eat therir other specialty pizzas now too. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Order was to go but while I was waiting I really like the feel. Of the place.

We had a winter storm here in dallas this week and I was looking for a place to order food to feed my employees who showed up for work today. Most places I called were closed or wouldnt deliver. I spoke to Omar and not only were they open, but they were willing to deliver 8 XL pizzas to feed my employees. Additionally, I wanted a couple of trays of salad that werent on the menu and he took care of us. Beside the service being awesome, the pizza was great!
