This took place on 6-3-2026 I usually don't leave bad reviews but this had to be one of the worst experience's I had ever received in fast food. I came through the Drive Through at around 9:30pm so when I was told that the menu options were limited I understood as it was 30 minutes to closing. I asked for two separate orders, each with a 4pc chicken Combo, Mashed Potato's, and a Dr Pepper on the second order I added a 10pc of the Apple pie bites. Went in to order to make sure they understood my order. Girl at the register didn’t even know the difference between white and dark meat. Got home and it was wrong, old (the cole slaw was sour), and they did not give me the gravy! The one star is for the biscuits…they were good. Sad because the last time we came through Cove the service was great and the food was too!

The Copperas Cove KFC location is the worst! I would have given negative stars if that was an option. The KFC customer service is just a bad as the restaurant. I placed an order through the KFC app on April 30, 2026 at 5:32pm. Upon arrival, the man at the window said that he was the only one there and it would take about 15 minutes. After AN HOUR, I go inside to see 3 people but to also discover that no chicken has been dropped. I give this location just 1 star in all categories. I pulled up to the drive thru and I asked for a minute to look at the menu. The lady at drive thru said sure then 20 seconds later asked if I was ready. So I was rushed to make a decision. After I ordered she informed me that the wings I ordered were going to take 10 minutes I agreed and said it was fine. It took way longer than that. To top off this whole experience I didnt receive any sort of sauce or condiments for my order. I didnt have time to go in and ask for sauce so I just left. This location might need some more training and can do
