“Great service and great food”

Very disappointed with my experience at the Burger King in Coram, New York today. I ordered a chicken sandwich and found a hair in my food. I brought it back to politely show the staff, expecting them to correct the issue, but instead I was met with rude and unhelpful treatment from the manager, Stephanie, who refused to fix the order. I don’t even buy fast food often, but when I do, this is usually the kind of experience I end up having — especially with this Burger King. We usually go out of our way to go this Burger King. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. The employee that did these decorations deserves a raise. Happy Holidays.

Had a horrible experience with missing food, staff argued with me that it was on the bag (got home before I realized food was missing). Went back to advise food item was missing, staff gave me an attitude argued me with that it was in the bag. I again let her know it was not and asked her to please not argue with me, she spoke with someone, she rolled her eyes and gave me the item. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Looking at the other reviews, same staff, same issues.

The woman working at the register is really not a nice person at all; she yells at people and doesn't even respond to the delivery drivers. It isn't fair to be treated this way—especially as a customer—since I eat here all the time, but I won't be coming back. She isn't friendly at all, and her attitude toward people is unpleasant. I hope they fix this situation, because everyone comes here as a paying customer, and behaving this way is really not right. I will report this situation to the proper authorities.
