Fantastic dinner! The owners greeted us as we came in. All of the hospitality and service is 5-star without the pretentious atmosphere. We had the escargot, oysters Rockefeller, black drum papillote, and chocolate mousse. Each dish was impressive with flavor. Service speed was perfect for a date night away. Have to call to make reservations. The old school reservations book is on the desk just inside the door. Love this family feeling and restaurant. We will enthusiastically be recommending this place to all who visit Corpus!

It's a gem in Corpus Christi. It's the perfect place for special occasions 💕 It's so warm to be greeted by the owners once you stepped in the restaurant. Looking at the photos on the walls of the entrance hall, I already felt so welcomed and like visiting my granny at her home. Then, the attention to details also caught my heart; like serving salad in cold plates, making simple salad with fresh veggies (you can definitely taste the difference in the cucumbers and carrots used here!) and the unique house blend dressings. The entrees are solid gold. I understand why they only need a one-page menu! Will definitely come back and check out more on the menu!

We made reservations the evening prior to our visit, having called after hours, we left a message and they called us back after hours. Everything was perfect! Our first time in Corpus Christi was wonderful in part because of this restaurant! Everything, from incredibly delicious food (I LOVED their crab stuffed mushrooms), to a fisherman's house-like decor, to a comforting, cozy atmosphere, made our experience at Yardarm one of the highlights of the vacation. I stumbled upon this restaurant by accident while searching for places to eat in the area one of the best mistakes I’ve ever made! The food was so good that I had to come back the very next day just to try more from the menu. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and knew the menu inside and out, which made ordering even easier. So far, I’ve tried the fried shrimp platter—absolutely delicious—the black Angus ribeye, which was so tender I could cut it with a fork, and the clam chowder, which was rich and flavorful. Even the salad was fresh and well-prepared. They also have a fantastic bar menu with a great selection of specialty cocktails, wines, and beers, perfect for pairing with their amazing dishes. But that ribeye? That alone is enough to bring me back again! Can’t wait for my next visit.
