I placed an order online for my kids to pick up after school. I accidentally ordered it at this location when we live on the other side of town. I called and Jerry Weir was absolutely amazing! He understood my situation and delivered it to the other restaurant for my kids. The best customer service experience I have had in a long time!

Put in online order. Went to the store to pickup food, had us pull forward and wait 10 minutes with no other cars in drive thru. Got home with food to find the potato oles hot and everything else cold. Bean burrito and taco bravo felt like they came out of the fridge. The only employee that cared was the one outside on break that yelled in at the others to see what was taking so long. They were more worried about blaring the music and bs’ing than working. Will go back to ordering from the one at 23rd and Broadway.

Went to restaurant at 7:45, Google said opened at 7. We completely understand that Google can be wrong on times sometimes. Pulled up to the drive thru menu employee that came on was extremely rude. Told us that they didn't open until 8 in a very short manner. Again, we did not mind that they were closed still and the listing was wrong. We apologized and immediately left. Please just be cordial, you don't know what people are going through, and we did not mean to disrupt opening. I appreciate your service.

So I hardly ever go here since it is usually really expensive but decided to go here since it is usually better then tb! But this is the worst food I had ever had from them in the past 20 years I have been going to them! I hardly had any meat Cheese or lettuce in my tacos! The meat and potatoes burritos had like a couple of potatoes in them! And my frickin churro hard as a rock! I want my money back!
