There’s been two times now where I’ve waited over 45 minutes for my app order in drive through. One time I waited at the speaker for 20 minutes, stuck by other cars, just waiting for them to reply to me as they continued to ignore me. Another time, they had me pull forward to wait and 30 minutes later I just had to leave because I had to get to work. What makes this worse is the company makes it as difficult as possible to refund orders, hoping you’ll just give up I think. Not only is this location difficult, but I’d recommend just avoiding the company until they become more consumer-friendly

Absolutely the worst place ever was told to wait for my food when I ordered it in the drive-through there was no space to wait to give my food to someone else I came inside. They said they didn’t know what I was talking about took them 45 min to give me my food

Avoid this place at all cost. Only kids working there and the quality reflects it. Too many red flags to pay for questionable food. I still bought and instantly regretted. Signs posted policing about refills while none of the soda was carbonated. All the food was inedible. We didn't eat any of it.

Customer service is absolutely 💯 horrible. Workers are all entitled. I will never spend my $ here. I will contact corporate and also make videos go viral.
