This was a nice surprise because I do love the franchise. So when I came across this as we were walking through the shops, I had to stop. I always look at their swag, but they don’t have a lot in store. You can get more online. I thought it was odd that they had a hooded sweatshirt rather than a T-shirt during the summer, but maybe that’s popular in this area. I ordered a peanut butter cold brew, which was amazing. Philz is always solid! I always like getting a Philtered Soul Cold Brew. Always consistent throughout the bay area. Only downside it is significantly more expensive than other coffee options in the area. Parking can get super busy during peak hours. When they are busy, coffee could definitely take awhile to come out. Definitely use the app if you're in a rush!

I visited this Philz location on 3/27/26 at approximately 4:10pm. I was assisted by a Caucasian gentleman around his 30s who treated me extremely disrespectful and condescending. I asked for a Tiramasu to which he sighed and asked which size, sweetness level, and temperature—again, in an extremely condescending way. I told him I wanted a medium and iced. As I was inquiring about the sweetness levels (since I prefer drinks that are less sweet), he told me to look at the board and pick a level.
